Does the person with the most selfie comments automatically win first prize?

No. This is a selfie contest, not a comment contest. The most selfie comments only qualify entrants to be a prize winner. There will be one thousand one hundred and three (1,103) winners. The 1,103 people with the most comments will be put into the winning pool. They will each win a prize, with no regard to how many comments they have.
If I enter multiple selfies, will the comments from all my selfies be added together for my winning qualification?

Yes. Comments will be added together for all selfies posted with the same registration number.
